【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesagravimetricmethodfordeterminingthemassperunitarea(surfacedensity)ofanodicoxidationcoatingsonaluminiumanditsalloys.Themethodisapplicabletoalloxidationcoatingsformedbyanodizingaluminiumanditsalloys,eithercastorwrought,andissuitableformostaluminiumalloys,exceptthoseinwhichthecoppercontentisgreaterthan6%.NOTE1Ahighcontentofcopperinthealloycanleadtoincreaseddissolutionofthebasisaluminium.NOTE2Ifthethicknessisknownwithsufficientprecision(forexample,usingthemethodspecifiedinISO2128),determinationofthemassperunitarea(surfacedensity)ofthecoatingswillenableitsapparentdensitytobecalculated.Conversely,iftheconditionsofapplicationofthecoatinganditsdensityareknown,thedeterminationofitsmassperunitarea(surfacedensity)canpermitcalculationoftheaveragemassandanapproximateevaluationofthethickness(seetheNoteinClause6).
