【摘要】:ThisPartofIEC61131specifiesrequirementsandrelatedtestsforprogrammablecontrollers(PLC)andtheirassociatedperipherals(forexample,programminganddebuggingtools(PADTs),human-machineinterfaces(HMIs),etc.)whichhaveastheirintendedusethecontrolandcommandofmachinesandindustrialprocesses.PLCsandtheirassociatedperipheralsareintendedtobeusedinanindustrialenvironmentandmaybeprovidedasopenorenclosedequipment.IfaPLCoritsassociatedperipheralsareIntendedforuseinotherenvironments,thenthespecificrequirements,standardsandinstallationpracticesforthoseotherenvironmentsmustbeadditionallyappliedtothePLCanditsassociatedperipherals.ThisstandardalsoappliestoanyproductsperformingthefunctionofPLCsand/ortheirassociatedperipherals.EquipmentcoveredinthisstandardisintendedforuseinovervoltagecategoryII(IEC60664-1)inlow-voltageinstallations,wheretheratedmainssupplyvoltagedoesnotexceeda.c.1000Vr.m.s.(50/60Hz),ord.c.1500V.(IfPLCsortheirassociatedperipheralsareappliedinovervoltagecategoryIIIinstallations,thenadditionalanalysiswillberequiredtodeterminethesuitabilityoftheequipmentforthoseapplications.)Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththefunctionalsafetyorotheraspectsoftheoverallautomatedsystem.PLCs,theirapplicationprogrammeandtheirassociatedperipheralsareconsideredascomponentsofacontrolsystem.SincePLCsarecomponentdevices,safetyconsiderationsfortheoverallautomatedsystemincludinginstallationandapplicationarebeyondthescopeofthisstandard.However,PLCsafetyasrelatedtoelectricshockandfirehazards,electricalinterferenceimmunityanderrordetectingofthePLC-systemoperation(suchastheuseofparitychecking,self-testingdiagnostics,etc.),areaddressed.RefertoIEC60364orapplicablenational/localregulationsforelectricalinstallationandguidelines.Theobjectofthisstandardis-toestablishthedefinitionsandidentifytheprincipalcharacteristicsrelevanttotheselectionandapplicationofPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals;-tospecifytheminimumrequirementsforfunctional,electrical,mechanical,environmentalandconstructioncharacteristics,serviceconditions,safety,EMC,userprogrammingandtestsapplicabletoPLCsandtheassociatedperipherals.ThisPartalsospecifiesa)service,storageandtransportationrequirementsforPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals(Clause4);b)functionalrequirementsforPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals(Clause5);c)EMCrequirementsforPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals(Clause8);d)safetyrequirementsforPLCsandtheirassociatedperipherals(Clause11);e)informationthatthemanufacturerisrequiredtosupply(Clauses7,10and14);f)testmethodsandproceduresthataretobeusedfortheverificationofcomplianceofPLCsandtheirassociatedperipheralswiththerequirements(Clauses6,9and12).Thetestsaretypetestsorproductionroutinetests,andnottestsrelatedtothewaysPLCsystemsareapplied.
